I have tried Rotel when we wintered in the States one year and totally loved it. Have not been able to find a replacement for it here. I upped the ingredients to make more. Three cream cheese bricks, two cans of Rotel and one package is the rolled sausage. I use two spicy chubs of Tennessee pride.
